Information collected

Lone Wolf Process Serving LLC may receive your name, firm or company, contact information, billing information, case and party information, service addresses, deadlines, instructions, legal documents, and other information you voluntarily provide by telephone, text message, email, or a website request.

How information is used

Information is used to review, quote, schedule, perform, document, invoice, and communicate about requested services; maintain business and service records; comply with court, legal, insurance, and tax obligations; and protect the rights and safety of clients, recipients, the business, and others.

Confidentiality and disclosure

Assignment information is treated as confidential business information and is not sold. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary to complete an assignment, coordinate with courts, facilities, contractors, or referring professionals, obtain professional advice, process a requested service, protect safety or legal rights, or comply with law, court process, insurance requirements, or a client's instructions.

Electronic communications

Ordinary email, text messages, and website transmissions cannot be guaranteed secure or confidential. Do not send Social Security numbers, complete financial-account information, medical records, privileged communications, or other unusually sensitive material unless it is necessary for the assignment and an appropriate delivery method has been arranged. Retention and safeguards

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the assignment, business records, dispute resolution, insurance, court, tax, or legal requirements. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
