Meet with Domenick L. Walley, a registered New York electronic notary, through a compliant online notarization platform. Eligible documents can be signed and notarized electronically while the notary is physically in New York. Signers may be elsewhere in the United States or, when New York’s requirements are met, outside the country.
Request an online appointment for eligible acknowledgments, sworn statements, affidavits, and other documents accepted in electronic form. Confirm the receiving party accepts the document and the proposed electronic notarization.
Signers outside the U.S.
For a signer abroad, the record must have a qualifying connection to a matter before a U.S.-jurisdiction public official, court, governmental entity or other entity; U.S. property; or a transaction substantially connected to the United States.
Property & business matters
Ask about eligible deeds, authorizations, business documents, and other U.S.-connected records. Document rules, witnesses, identity verification, and acceptance by the recipient must be reviewed for the specific appointment.
